There are several ways to lift and reposition the brow and choosing the right one for you is a conversation we will have together at consultation, taking into account your anatomy and your goals. Whichever technique we choose, my aim is a natural, refreshed appearance that keeps you looking like you. Bruising and swelling are normal in the first week or two and settle steadily and I will give you clear guidance on aftercare and follow-up.
What to expect
2 Hours
A repositioned and symmetrical brow once swelling and bruising subsides, giving a more open, rested appearance to the upper face.
Recovery time depends on the technique used, but generally 1-2 weeks off work or recuperating will be necessary. Strenuous exercise should be avoided until swelling has settled, I will confirm your individual timeline at consultation.
Local or General Anaesthetic, depending on the technique used.
Excess skin is permanently removed in a direct brow lift, but the brow area will continue to age which may affect the position of your brow with time. Results are generally long lasting.
