Earlobe surgery is a quick, straightforward procedure carried out under local anaesthetic, so you can go home the same day and return to most of your usual activities almost immediately. I will explain the technique I recommend for your particular concern, whether repairing a stretched or torn lobe or reshaping the ear, and the small, well-hidden scar you can expect. Aftercare is simple, and I will let you know when it is safe to wear earrings again.
What to expect
1 Hour
Enhanced shape, position or contour of the ears, with a natural appearance and a fine scar that fades over the following months.
Minimal, an antibacterial ointment should be applied along the suture line for a week afterwards. Sutures are usually removed at around one week and earrings can typically be worn again once the area has fully healed; I will advise you on timing.
Local Anaesthetic.
Long-lasting enhancement. Repaired earlobes can stretch again with prolonged use of heavy earrings, so lighter jewellery is advisable long term.
